Redlining and the Built Environment: The Case of Streetlights

Our project studies the relationship between Redlining and public utilities investment. Recent literature has attempted to understand how redlining has shaped social outcomes, and we build on this by studying how public utilities investment changed before and after Redlining and what this says about Redlining and political decision making.
