Shelly Liu is a first-year student at Harvard University looking to concentrate in Computer Science. She is an international student from China, but she attended high school in Concord Massachusetts. She discovered her interest in the criminal justice system in the United States during her first-year expository writing class on prison abolition. In this project, she hopes to use her knowledge of technology and web development to help raise awareness surrounding the issue of prison gerrymandering.
