Junnan Mu is a Ph.D. candidate in African and African American Studies and a fellow at the Film Study Center at Harvard University. She utilizes an ethnographic and multi-sensory approach to investigate the digital transformation of urban landscapes, practices, and expressions in Kenya and beyond. Her research is supported by the Wenner-Gren Foundation of Anthropology.
