Borislav Angelov is an architect and designer based in Boston. He was born and raised in Varna, Bulgaria. He received a Master of Architecture degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology School of Architecture + Planning, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he was awarded the Alpha Rho Chi Medal. He has collaborated with architects and student think-tank groups in Chicago and Cambridge. His professional experience includes time as a designer at Hammersley Architecture in Chicago, Anmahian Winton Architects in Cambridge, working in Paris at Oualalou+Choi, and an extended period at Höweler + Yoon.  Borislav was a teaching assistant to prof. Larry Sass and worked as a research assistant to Meejin Yoon for two-and-a-half years while at MIT. He has been an invited critic for studios in Chicago and in Boston at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Borislav is currently an architectural designer at Touloukian Touloukian Inc.
