In this talk, <a href="https://www.jchs.harvard.edu/carlos-martin" target="_blank" title="https://www.jchs.harvard.edu/carlos-martin">Carlos Martín</a>, the new director of the Center’s Remodeling Futures Program, will examine this issue and how it might be addressed. Martin – who has been a senior fellow at the Urban Institute, a senior research professor in energy and environment at Arizona State University, and coordinator for HUD’s Partnership for Advanced Technology in Housing -- will discuss some current projects as well as work he did at the Urban Institute on how to make these programs more equitable.</span></span></p><p>	 </p>
