Gülhane Park is a historical urban park in the Eminönü district around the Golden Horn of Istanbul. It is located adjacent to and on the grounds of the Topkapi Palace, where it was once the imperial outer garden. This project aims to analyze the development of access to public space in and around Gulhane Park vis-a-vis gardens and waterfront area.
